Hello! Am I correct using "extravagant"?

1. I'm an extravagant shopper.

2. I know that I gave you my permission to use my credit card, but the latest transaction/purchase was extravagant. Wondering what did you use that money for? = here I mean that the transaction was very expensive.

3. My mother is extravagant when it comes to clothes. She spends majority of her money on clothing.

4. Don't be too extravagant with the collagen cream.. It costed me 70 bucks and I want it to last long, which won't if you keep being extravagant.

Thank you everyone.

I wouldn’t use Extravagant to mean wasteful or excessive when using face cream.
