I'm fortunate in being one of the few who has painless migraines.

If it gets too much I lie down in the dark, cannabis does nothing for it.

Yeah, I get iridescent patterns that seem to scintillate.

I get the same symptoms…visual aberration…starts smal shimmering area and gets larger but no pain. I think it’s my left eye. I’m going to try supplement Al magnesium and see what happens. I think it’s been going on for a few years…not often..l get them maybe once a month and then nothing for awhile..
