Hey! I'm about to write a new story, but I'm not sure if I have chosen a topic. I have a bunch of ideas in my head and I don't know how to organize them. Perhaps you can help me? To begin with, I would like to define the genre. I've always written dramatic detective stories, but now I want to try something new. I will be glad to see your ideas!
Write a few sentences and see if that makes story ideas kick in. Sometimes that works for me. I build on it and often discard those sentences later.
