Can someone teaches me how to verify what is science and pseudoscience?

A theory in science is the one based on data testable with well established statistical methods.

I am not going to teach you anything, just give you my opinion.
As you pointed, science can be falsified: it means that a scientific theory can be subjected to experiments and, if it doesn't adjust those tests results, the theory is false. In order to have a scientific nature, a statement must offer the possibility of being tested. If the prediction is not corroborate by the experiment, than the theory is not valid.

The problem with pseudoscience is that it gives no possibility of testing it. If someone says that the position of the planet Venus has influence in your destiny, there is no way to test that statement.
This is not a problem about truth. It is the question of being scientific or not. A scientific statement can only be tested within the limits of its formulation.
