Who is the lender on the $900 Billion Relief Package? The U.S. Treasury? The Federal Reserve Board? The Federal Reserve Bank of New York? Other Federal Reserve banks? Why was the Package structured that way?

@gollum,
The so called lender is the taxpayer. The "lender" is the already burdened person. The children whose education will be lessened by financial cuts across the board. The disadvantaged people who will soon have reduced services... this includes the elderly, the disabled and the children.

Very little money will come from the super wealthy. Or from nations paying back the money they were leant.

@Dr Sliptinschit,
Libertarians spend it on liquor, drugs and rock 'n roll. And gas for toys.

I used to spend it on sex too, but then I lost interest.
