@tsarstepan,
false, if it is something I don't usually use I don't buy it just because it's on sale.

You love bargain shopping.

@Stormwatch,
Mostly false. The only time I've flirted with bargain shopping is when my Costco membership was up to date. There are dozens of 99cent stores near by and they're filled with junk.

You are an educated consumer (consumer reports and other forms of research before buying big ticketed items: electronics, cars, etc....)

@Stormwatch,
True. I like to make a relatively educated attempt at getting the best for my money. Though, I still buy books on the occasional whim and brief description on the binder.

Escapist fiction or reading something that teaches you a life lesson?

@tsarstepan,
Escapist for enjoyment. I have to read enough educational books for work, that's enough learning for me.

You read a new book every 2 days.

@Stormwatch,
Even on my best days ... never! I'm a notoriously slow reader. Pecking away at a book usually takes me a week and a half for a relatively small 200+ page book.

You are unfamiliar with the science fictional alternative histories of Harry Turtledove.

@Stormwatch,
Never heard of the term/technique. I also tend to be a moody reader. When I'm gloomy, I tend to read only my weekly magazines and such fodder.

You were an active girl scout as a kid.

The speed of the pages uploading? Seems fine to me. Maybe its the regional server traffic that's bottled up in your area?

You are not a Pisces.

You have yet to miss a high school reunion.

I have yet to go to one. I've lost contact with most HS frioends. College friends I am in regular contact with.

You have never had to call 911

@tsarstepan,
I'm not certified. I often think I should be but I'm not good with injuries...I pass out Sad I don't think I culd be a first responder. I have had to call 911, fortunately all worked out ok.

You love all New York sports teams.

@Stormwatch,
I'm still a New Englander at heart: Following UConn for college basketball; the Red Sox for baseball; the Celtics for basketball; etc....

I may live in NYC, I have turned traitor to my sporting allegiances! Cool

You go to Fenway one game per season.

@Stormwatch,
I have yet to attend a single college sporting event. Though I have been to several minor league baseball games. For the most part, I prefer to watch college sports on television over the professionals.

If you found yourself volunteered to a touch football game, you'd be the quarterback.
