Hello!
I am wondering if there is a fear of things being not clean (enough) if you or maybe also you mum/dad/... weren’t the one cleaning.
For example when you’re living with other people, who obviously have a different definition of what’s clean, and they clean or wash something but you rather do all that yourself because you are scared that things are not actually clean or clean enough.

Concern over contagion due to COVID19 has changed everything. It’s a legitimate fear and it’s justified.

You do have some control of getting exposed to unnecessary risk. What you do have control of is taking proper precautions for wearing a mask And isolating, cleaning and disinfection of your home space according to the advice offered by CDC medical experts. This can lower you odds of infection and reduce anxiety. Be prepared.
