I don't know if any of this helps, but 317 can be a slang term for cannabis or a stupid person. 469 can be a slang term for a leader, and it's an angel number as is 553.

574 could refer to Indiana or Aberdeen.

635 is another angel number same link as before.

I'm guessing it has something or other to do with the Olympics and Caitlyn (née Bruce) Jenner. Some of the first few numbers seem to make sense in the context of either the Summer or Winter games, but in 1964, whereas Jenner wasn't in the games until 1976.
