Post Attribution Issue - Sharing from Page to Groups

I am an admin for 4 separate Facebook Pages. Here is my problem.
I have confirmed on all 4 pages that in 'Settings' and then 'Post Attribution', I have enabled the radio button to post and share as either my account name or, as the page name. On only 1 site am I able to make this choice; to share a post from the page as either the page name or my personal account name. On the other 3 sites, I cannot. Only my real name.

Is there a setting that I missed somewhere along the way or, has something changed within Facebook with their rules? As info, the one page that gives me the post attribution as either/or was the first page I was an admin on and I have been an admin for several years. The other 3 pages are more recent.
