Can I get arrested for posting this on xbox live? Please help I'm worried!

One of my friends started to hate me and they she won’t talk to me anymore. So I got angry and posted this on my profile. Someone told me I could get into trouble for this because it might fall under a threat. But this post that I made is not true. I don’t think it’s a threat. It’s a false statement. Can I get arrested for this false statement? This is what I posted : "I remember when I killed Daze Doll and there was alot of blood. I cut her 100 times so she could die slow. It was one of the most brutal killings that I've done. When she died I chopped her up, cooked her and ate her. I have her blood all over my body."

That's easy, get yourself a good criminal lawyer. Don't resist arrest, and ask your Mom or Dad if they can post bond. The next time, don't do it.

I wouldn't worry (standard disclaimer, I am not a lawyer).

You can't get arrested for that. It is clearly fantasy (unless you actually do have a skeleton in the closet). You could get banned by whatever platform you are on.

I don't read a threat in here so I doubt you will get arrested for making a threat. I do read a confession to murder (pre-mediated as you talk about killing her slowly) and not only that you chopped up a dead body so add to that desecrating a dead body.

So I would be more worried about the murder charge especially since I just notified the authorities.

Nah, he likes her so he thought he would try to strike a little dread in her heart and piss off her older brother and her Dad. Love is a sweet sweet thing. I'm sure she has sent much more gruesome things on whatever the hell xbox live is, SHE should be locked up. How dare she should upset a nice boy who is only trying to get his freak on. Girls are terrible, she is probably a budding feminist.

Is this a narrative attached to a game. Who is Daze Doll? Another player?

You might get in trouble posting this on Facebook or another chat group, but if it’s connected to actions in a game, it’s most likely going to be considered game talk.

Still, it’s very violent and full of hate, pitiful.

You really need to not write down everything you feel or think.
