I believe States are not allowed to interfere with interstate commerce (Art. I, Section 8). May a State set high standards for sale in its market as long as it treats in state and out of state producers equally?
OK . . . what has that to do with extraterrestrial anything?
Those aliens are so territorial...
I agree - at least law should not oppose equality when it comes to parenting.....
