Hi. I have not been on this forum in a long time, for reasons I explained in another recent thread.

Did you folks have a nice Veterans Day? What did you do to celebrate and/or observe it, if anything?

I didn't do anything special. I got some work done and I treated the holiday like I do any other day.

I am curious. Please respond soon. Thank you.

We have remembrance Sunday over here. It's not a holiday or a celebration, but a reflection on the sacrifice people made for us in countless wars.

We don't have a "Veterans Day" over here we have Remembrance Sunday.

I went to the antiques fair in Shepton Mallet and observed a minutes silence at 11am, when we were all quiet.

I did get some antique Christmas lights which I managed to get working.

And no, I didn't miss you this time. As Cherie has pointed out you were only gone for a month. In that month one of my cats died so I've been dealing with that.

I did miss you before, when you were gone for a long time.
