I clicked on the link in my "Favorites" list. *shrugs*
I think there should be a third choice for this question!
It has something to do with a boat trip to Canada.
I'm not allowed to say anything else.

yes i had typed a third choice too called "something in the middle and something in between" - for some damn reason when i pressed the submit button, only 2 of the 3 choiices showed up
By plane. It's way too far to walk.
The thread asks how I got here. IN AN IMPORTANT SENSE "here" arrived when "I" did.

But where were "you" and "here" before you met?
Here and I are one; each IS the other. There has never been a "here" awaiting my arrival, nor has there been an "I" moving to arrive at a "here."
There's a book out by a mystic entitled "Wherever you go here you are." I think that's in agreement with my point.
How did I come here?
I clicked my mouse.
Not the same as clicking my heels, but I've never found that to get me very far.
I like it here, btw. Ithink I'll stay.
lol i'd love to know who voted for which option.
i voted for evolution.
well there dont seem to be very many creationalists around !!
good
I voted "evolution", referring, of course, to my biological being. BUT I could use the term "creationist" with regard to our shared culture or worldview. As culture makers we have constructed our social reality, indeed, our entire "meaningful world". Even our notions of biology and evolution are our collective creations. Fundamentalist creationists believe that God created our bio-physical world, yet it seems certain to me that we created their God. Humanism reigns. Man is the measure of all things.
