A friend of mine dabbles in photography. He actually didn't have a hard time taking it. My dogs are very well trained so when you tell them to "sit" and "stay" they do it. As far as their expressions - that is the look they wear alot. All ya have to do is talk to em' and they try hard to figure out what you are saying - therefore, the look.
Rex - Labs are wonderful dogs! So gentle and full of love. They are especially good around children. Mine will bark and act protective if someone comes around that they do not know. They have never bitten anyone though.
The one on the left, in the picture - is my American Lab. He is very jealous and protective of me. He hates for any male to get close to me. It's funny because he's not bothered when my girlfriends are over. I have some very good guy friends, and if any one of them sits on the same sofa as I am on - he will show his displeasure. He'll sit and stare em' down and even growl at them. If they don't move - he will place his paws on the sofa between us and that is the "line." The guy doesn't dare cross it. It's bizarre.
But, yeah - Labs are pretty special!
