https://www.politico.com/story/2019/07/22/justice-mueller-congress-testimony-limit-1426035 Mueller is not in a position to indict a sitting president. That's congress' responsibility. At least in accordance with our Constitution. Why so many are making Mueller's report to congress such a big deal really isn't. What is the DOJ afraid of? Freedom of speech is covered under our Constitution. Any information that doesn't damage our country's security should be open to the public at large.
