yap state is getting blasted by typhoon "sudal" the second typhoon to hit them in four months. the little purple dot under the eye of the typhoon is yap.

Hmm - nothing on our news about the government sending aid, or anyone doing so, for that matter...it took us ages last time some poor island got it.
