A2K is behaving peculiarly, but in a spotty way. Some links work perfectly. On others (I was trying to get into the Medical Forum) the line goes across the bottom of the screen, it says "done", but all I get is a blank page. Wassup???
Didn't notice such at all - at least not during the last couple of hours (and I'm online for 10 hours by now).

i got the same thing on the medical forum this morning. just a blank page...
One of the hamsters must have heard me. It seems to be working ok now.

Usually means the server is struggling under load.

I get that constantly and have been for quite some time. Very annoying.
The load must be heavy indeed ;-)

I can't imagine how stressed the server must become, especially during peak usage times.
Does it have a peak usage?

I would venture to guess that the majority of heavy users are in EST and post during certain hours. I have noticed that around five o'clock EST when people would be leaving the office there is a lull in posting for an hour and half or so. Of course, I could be mistaken. It happens occasionally.
Same (= lull) is during EST lunchtime hours.
Does A2k have any bloppers caused by this ?
Don't know about bloppers, but that seems to be the source of some recent double and triple posts.
Yeah and when I start posting something takes over and I just keep posting inainly.
I just cannot stop posting small thoughts.
This is only happening here and in my personal diary.
But the diary is hard because it is in pencil.
