Archived chat with deactivated user

I archived a very sentimental chat with someone who has a deactivated account, the chat disappeared and I can not find it anywhere, I have looked in the archived inbox and everything. I would really like to see this chat again! I have tried downloading my info off Facebook through the settings but that only showed chats that are still in my inbox!
