Strange rock ID (w/ pictures), Need second opinion on my hypothesis.

First off what am I looking at here in "Sample 1 B"

On the same rock there is an igneous intrusion as shown here: https://ibb.co/TWtxC5H
On the flip side of this rock there is limestone as seen here: https://ibb.co/895FPy2

So this is only part of a bigger question. At the site this rock was found there is an obvious igneous intrusion spanning the entire rock outcropping (which is sedimentary rock). At first that's all I thought it was but the more I looked at it the more I got the feeling that perhaps before the igneous intrusion in the exact same spot there was a fault line. Then as magma up welled it followed the path of least resistance ie the fault line. In the picture "Sample 1 D" link is below, the section left of the intrusion (or fault) seems lower than the right. Also check "Sample 1 E" to get a better view of the intrusion.
