I've just returned from a trip which I expected to be mostly computerless and turned out to be entirely computerless, so I'm, ahem, behind. Just wanted to say something general in case anyone anywhere was miffed or confused at the lack of response from me, before I start trying to catch up.

Nice to be back, tho! Very Happy

Welcome back! I went into one of the test accounts the other day and the number was something like 17,000. Wacky.

But you only get to actually look at a couple of hundred at best 'till the damn software thinks that you've been there...

Yeah, I definitely had a little manic must-catch-everything-before-I-lose-the-yellow-thingies period. I didn't catch everything, of course (back down to 108 "topics with new posts since your last visit" now) but feel like I cut a pretty good swath.

Like i said, evil. I don't want to see that I didn't look at 2800 or 4700 or whatever posts. I admit i'm not going back to read most of the stuff that transpired while i wasn't around here. So, POOF, off they go.

And average number of posts that are being collected in 24 hours is, according to my experience, around 1,000: 950-1,100.
