This is neither "philosophy" nor "debate" !

"Levels of consciousness" has some philosophical potential but you fail to pursue it. (Try Gurdjieff for example on the esoteric concept of "sleep").

BTW Quite a few of us have academic qualifications

LOL. I agree. Where's the debate? Potentially it is a very interesting topic.

summary: it seems to be saying: "get a good night's sleep" am I wrong?...fell asleep reading it

And yes: PSS: A lot of us here have academic and other credentials.

As an aside: Is this your Master's Thesis or something related to your Master's Program? Again, it is a potentially very interesting topic, but I'd love to see some deeper mining on the issue, as fresco hinted. In sum, all those words just seem to say "get a good nights sleep for best health."?

You are always creating very interesting new topics. If I may give a suggestion, why don't you present the topic in a clear and synthetic way, in order to allow the debate?

About your academic titles, don't forget that in this forum there are lawyers, scientists, artists and even a judge (you can forget this last one, he is a shame to the forum).

Is this a dream or am I just imaging this reading this?
