Who to be that is the question?

But you are yourself.
Hmmm,
Some try to be themselves if they know who they are. Far too many are what society wants them to be.
I would say mathematics. Specifically fractal geometry and chaos.
Thanks Adrian for clarifying that.

Chaos science, complexity science.
James Gleick wrote a great book called "Chaos" outlines the whole science in layperson's terms !
...explains why the clouds sometimes look like fish meat, or my cat's furry belly.
Fractals are certainly part of it.
Thanks Eorl, but are we talking about Systems?
Got it!
I just ordered the movie, and the book from amazon. Thank you all very much. I can't wait to get it.

Yes, an old movie "MindWalk"
I think you are looking for the Golden Rule. The 1 to 1.618 formula of all of nature. It is also known as phi.Everything living on this planet is subject to this proportion. Amazing really.
I want to see the conection to the human animal in Systems.
How do I find more on phi? What is the whole name. This sounds very interesting indeed.
Thank you,
AE
You know Pythagoris discovered this while meditating in Zeus cave for 10 years. There are alot of great sites on this. Enjoy your discovering.
Algis, have you used Geometry in your art work? Dali did in some of his last works which he called his masterpieces. Now that is something that would really interest me.
I have not done so directly...... meaning measuring it all out to have an exact picture.I think that I nave a natural attitude toward these proportions.I think most photographers have this ubique focus.I always thought it most fun to break the rules and that the geometry of a great photograph goes deeper than it's measurments. It would be fun measuring all the top 1000 pieces of art to see how they all placed in accordance to this ratio.
I think there is also a secret power to this formula.I think it can snap your attention in nature without much of a reason when it is there,A view sometimes holds your attention and you might take a picture but it's notthat pretty.Take a picture look at it later and sometimes you will find a face composed from the elements within the image. This manisfestation is what intrigues me today.
Yes, like searching for the hidden in a way.
hey Angel you changed your pic....why 4 so ?
But yes searching for the secret passage.
Algis, what do you mean, I changed my pic? That is a print of one of my etchings (self portrait) called "Ode to my Hands". Are you confusing me with someone else? If you are your very wrong.
