Its been 2 years from now and old account which is pretty old
(My dad used for sending game request when I was on preparatory or grade 1 I think) it still says
"Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." It got locked because someone reported it to be a dummy account because of my name and profile pic and it's really a private account because I don't want any people to be stalking me. But I never used it for malicious stuffs

About all you can do is try from another means (such as a phone instead of a laptop or vice versa).
Barring that, make a new account.
