Does anyone know how to win 2nd chance drawings? I am 0 for 34 on the Massachusetts 2nd chance tickets drawings with alot of entries each drawing. Someone who works at a store saves all the losing 2nd chance tickets for me which explains alot of entries each drawing.

To lose once, Mr. Singlesucks, may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose twice looks like carelessness.
But then the tickets were found not lost.

Winning the lottery is all due to random chance. You just have to keep trying until you win something.
