Why does Happy Valley feel so evil?

Happy valley is a suburb in Adelaide. Despite being upper middle class and having a ( i infer Smile ) low crime rate, i t feels really bizarre and bad ( as reported by a few different observers) . Why?

Also, why doesnt everybody alive give me large sums of money and worship me as their god? WHY

Well, Happy Valley shot itself in the foot by naming itself after so many places in faerie tales.

You just know something supernaturally awful HAS to happen.

Get out while you still can!!!!!

But you have to admit, it does feel really creepy, like the setting of a movie about the invasion of evil aliens or robots ." Revenge of the body snatchers" perhaps , or " THE STepford wives 2 "

Well personally I would not call Happy valley "Upper Middle Class" mearly the heigher ground on a scummy area Confused .. and that would be the reasoning to the uneasiness of the area.. plus it was built on an ancient buriel ground.. like most of Australia it is sacred ground and you are doomed for eternity (that is also the answer to the second question)
