I’m unable to share my Facebook page link to some groups, I can post things to the groups and as long it doesn’t have that link in, everything is fine. Soon as I post my Facebook page link, I get a notification saying basically my post is spam. I’ve tried bit.ly etc but to no avail. Anyway to sort this out?

If the group owner doesn't want links posted, then you need to respect that.
It’s all Facebook groups I post to though, and I’ve seen links posted on those groups before. I used to be able to post to them but recently it’s saying it’s spam

sounds like FB software is no longer allowing them...
are you seeing other people's links being posted since yours started getting blocked?
Yes I’ve seen others posting them, I’m thinking they have blocked my Facebook page from being posted. Tried bit.ly and changing Facebook page link etc no good. Only thing I can of doing is buying a domain and redirecting traffic to the page or trying to share a post on my page instead
