Your photo has to be hosted somewhere on the internet first. You need to find a service where you can upload your photo, or start your own website. Once it is online, then you can use "img" tags within your thread's post so others can view it.

You do hafta save the individual pics - not the emails, just the pics - to a folder on your own machine. Then you just upload 'em to a suitable host, and link to 'em here with [img] tags enclosin' the image's url.
