"My" Idea is original. Only I can have that idea True Or False? True because TIME. Originality - definition according to google. 1 "present or existing from the BEGINNING". 2 "created directly and personally by a particular person, not a copy". 3 "not dependent on other peoples ideas.
TIME is meaning. TIME is information- facts proven or learned about something or someone. Time Beginning - End. "My" idea is not original if someone already thought of it right, Or is it? Unique - definition Being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else. Because "I" have a unique mind which stores unique information from a unique prospective. Doesn't that make my ideas original, no matter if "I" was the first person to think about that idea, or if "I" looked at someone else's unique idea from "my" unique prospective?
@Imbigdad,
If "I" see someone's idea, does it become "my" wisdom?
@Imbigdad,
Of course you can borrow it as your wisdom. In the end though, it will have intellectual ownership by another.
@Sturgis,
Intellectual ownership in the context of a superorganism as society is with its evolving culture is a relic of the past...and the more we go forward in globalization the more this becomes self-evident!
@Imbigdad,
By the way, that which IS has no origin...only copies!
