Under the leadership of John Paul II the Catholic Church greatly improved its media management. The message was delivered in a more modern wrapping than ever, but content-wise the messages were far more conservative than under popes John and Paul, whose names Karol Woytyla adopted. Critiscism of the church and discussion of its liturgy were banned, the pope was once again infallible and Rome ruled suppreme.

Does this parade freak anyone else out? I don't know....dead bodies don't bother me but this just seems....weird.....

I'm a cadaver donor, but if I thought I could arrange to be carried down Main St. like that, I might change my mind. That's pretty cool.
