A while back I started a thread about keto. It’s here somewhere.
In it, I told a story how at the beginning I was driving home from a friends house at night, and got that huge hunger that hits you when you’re still adapting. I wasn’t close to home so I stopped at a McD and got 2 of those McDouble things, threw out the buns and ate the meat and cheese. It was at that moment I realized the only thing that made that stuff edible were the condiments and buns. It was really gross.
