I prepare material for training workshops. Are there any guidelines for how much should I charge/get if I prepare the content and someone else gives the material as a trainer repeated times? if I take 50% 1st time,any guidelines for how much I should take 2nd time if I did nothing the second time?

@Hitch84,
I'm not an "expert" on the subject, but it sounds like it might be worth talking to an attorney who knows about copyright law.

Just to be clear:

Is this your job? ( to train others)

Or are you freelance and a company has hired you to design training sessions, create curriculum and materials, and present training? Then your material will be used by future trainers?

@PUNKEY,
I'm not a trainer. I design material for trainers.
