If there was an immaculate conception today, would we beleive it?
If somebody built a boat the size of the Ark and started to gather pairs of animals would we believe the rains are gona come?
How did Adam and Eve 'manifest'?
1.) No - It's impossible, and never happened in the first place.
2.) No - we'd get a good laugh at it and invite them onto Letterman

Absolutely no disrespect to people that believe tha sort of thing ie The Bible but...err ... think about it....
Ohm apparently we evolved from fish, not apes.
