In todays judicial environment we will be lucky to remain status quo, no way is any new attempts going to succeed in strenghtening any of the Bill of Rights (except bearing arms, of course) while Federalists are ruling the bench, legislative and executive branches. But, we can always prepare fodder for the cannons!

One would imagine, because they are afforded the same legal rights under the Constitution, that all US citizens are.
