Click in the text box then
Click "IMG"
A small screen pops up and you paste here the URL of the picture

If you are trying to paste a picture from another website, right-click on picture, select "properties", where it says "Address URL", copy this http address, and then paste it in the small screen mentioned above.

Then Click "OK"

If you want to check if the picture pasted okay, click "Preview"
