Just keep reporting it. It might not be a bad idea to block your number.

Call your local police dept and ask for additional presence near and at your parking lot because you are scared to walk up to your door. See what they can do to increase their visibility at your apt complex.

Have you told management about your concerns?

"...yet." Some of those guys you see that look like buyers might really be undercover cops. Give them time.
