Stupid Puzzle

I've been asked by a friend to solve this...


Are you Stressed? If so, then grab some Desserts ... you know it's the only cure for evil, in order to live to the max.


As far as I've got, desserts is stressed reversed and likewise with evil and live but I can't for the life of me figure out what the message is.

The guy is an idiot which means the question isn't logical at all and is probably quite simple / stupid.

I dunno what this says about me not being able to solve it!
