Start with the number of letters in the word for the people honored by
a February holiday that honors our Chief, add the number of letters in
the avenue named in the song "Easter Parade," then subtract the number
of letters in the word that represents the night of witches and
goblins.

What number do you get?

Halloween: 9

2 + 11 - 9 = 4

I believe it is is as follows:

President - 9

Fifth - 5

Halloween - 9

The answer is 5....right?

I'd say six. "The people honored" would be presidents.
