Samsung Galaxy Note8

Apps that I downloaded from the Google Play Store randomly opens by itself. I didn't download any apps outside play store. I also scanned my phone using device security in device maintenance and there's no virus and malware apps detected. I am from Hawaii and people here suggested me to visit stores like TCAWireless and few other. Should I go? Please help. Any opinions or troubleshooting for this?
