Wandel, how could you withold Annie? She's such an adorable
girl. Actually, you're very lucky with both of your daughters,
they're just cute.

Katrina gave me permission to post her photos immediately. Annie was waiting for approval from her agent.

Actually, the two girls spent a lot of time together until Katrina got a job in California. Annie thinks her big sister is taking a very long vacation. (This is Annie's own perception. I tried to explain things accurately.)

Just kinda how I'm feeling. Sorta half joking "f--- the world".

OK, here's one of my son with his Genesis training bow. I've posted it before, not sure about this thread.

If anyone cares, that bow can be shot by anyone, any size, at any age. It has a 20lb maximum draw (40lb eq.) and no letoff. Very kewl.

wow cj, and one certainly needs a steady hand for shooting
with a bow. I am told that's a great sport.

Joe, that's a very pretty picture. I like how you captured
the light, however, seeing a face more clearly would be nice.

So. I long to be so young again

except this time i shall not be so stupid
as to think
as to think anything goes
because
everything goes.

ah, the mornings were the best
we pulled up our pants
and strided off
full of ourselves
as empty as
the promises of midnight.

I had an mgb for a while... don't remember what year it was (used). That was the car that the hood flapped up and wrapped over my windshield as I was doing 50 along Admiralty Way in Marina del Rey. Luckily I was thinking of turning right and thus in the right hand lane. I crept. I urged it forward around the corner ever so slowly. I looked up and faced a policeman.

He helped me rack the hood back down, and followed me home, about ten blocks away.

I got the hood fixed and sold it and said, whew.

Husker, you remind me of my first car, a beautiful 1949 canary yellow Chevy convertible. I bought it in the last year of high school, earning the money sweating in a plating shop, and with great pride I drove it down the road and totalled it.
What fond memories.

I think you and dys had a commonality in that... he mentions an early canary yellow chevy in conversation too...
