That's a pretty damn expensive-looking view you have there. Makes my swamp and all the exotic birds flying around seem like less of a postcard.

Actually. It's a sad story. My friend had a great practice when he developed Carpal Tunnel and had to retire at the age of 42. He'd trade the insurance settlement for the chance to practice...any day
