They remind me so much of my own daughter way back when.

Isnt it strange how when we become parents, simple things like curlers in the hair all of a sudden become the most wonderful things to see in our lives?
There is a part of me that can not wait until she is an adult and I can share these moments with her after she has her own child, then of course, there is the part of me that never wants her to grow up .

What a precious child she is with her beautiful big eyes. http://www.mainzelahr.de/smile/liebe/wub.gif

She's changing though shewolf. Looking at previous pictures and these ones now, you can tell the difference.

Enjoy her, they grow up so fast <sigh>

shewolfnm,

Your baby is cute and has a lot of hair for a one year old. My daughter had very little hair at that age.

Don't worry I am sure she will always be your cute little girl. My daughter is 22 and I still think of her as my cute little girl.

bean was smacking both of her hands on top of his head pretty hard. I heard it in the next room.. then I came to see what was going on and I found him playing with her on his shoulders, so I snuck the camera in the room and snapped a picture of the two.
It is one of my favorites.

If only...if only.....

I keep threatening to bind my son's legs at night when he gets in bed to keep them from growing any longer. He just turned 11, so take this as proof that that feeling doesn't go away, shewolf.

Wait till you answer the phone and it's a girl asking to speak to him.

It happened last week, George. A girl who has a huge crush on him called.

I knew I should have left the kitchen so he could talk privately, but I just couldn't make myself. He told me she called to ask him some questions for the school newspaper, for which she is editor. So I guess it was okay that I was there. When it happens the next time, though, I just hope I will have mustered enough self-control to leave the room.
