You quoted the translated letter of the chairman of a Dutch extreme right-wing party to the minister president of the Netherlands.
The inhabitants of the Netherlands are known in English as "Dutch" or "Netherlanders" or "Hollanders".
The Netherlands are situated across the North Sea to the east of the UK.
They are not extreme, the are fighting extremists, better known as Islam.

Don't be too silly! He is no official at all, never has been, but is a Dutch politician who is the founder and the current leader of the Party for Freedom (Partij voor de Vrijheid – PVV).
There 13 political parties nationally in the Netherlands (and in the lower Dutch chamber), on state (province) level and locally about 50 more.
Do you quote any leader of those if she/he says something, coldjoint?
