login problems

about a year ago my wife was having problems with facebook login she couldn't access her account after working on it for 2 days in frustration she started another account then a couple of days after that she used a different browser and suddenly she could get back in to her old account and everything was fine. then today she had a computer glitch and now when she tries to log in to her account from any browser it logs her in to the account she doesn't use..when i use the search box at top of facebook page both accounts are shown but when she logs out and tries to log in to the account she uses it just sends her to the one she doesn't use.. any suggestions?
