Facebook Disabled My Account

I was having issues with my facebook account viewing posts could not figure out how to fix it so I decided to delete my account and create a new one facebook apparently deleted the login ability of my old account but at the same time is telling me that the new account is disabled from reading the help it appears facebook is thinking I am creating a second account is there anyone that can help me get either one of the following accounts to work I was not trying to create a second account as it appears facebook is assuming I was the accounts are [email protected] and [email protected]
