1:What has 5(sometimes 4) hands but is normal?

2:The music stopped. The woman dies. Why?

3:Two cops walked into a room with no windows and found a dead man who obviously hung himself from the ceiling, though they couldn't figure out how. There was no chair beneath him that he might have jumped off of, or a table. Just a puddle of water. How'd he do it?

4:A man dies of thirst in his own home. Hows is this possible?

5:A horse is tied to a 15 ft. rope and there is a bail of hay 25 ft. away from him. Yet the horse is able to eat from the bail of hay. How is this possible?

The third one's easy. Man stood on a block of ice with noose around neck. When ice melted, he was left hanging. Hence, the puddle of water. I'll have to think about the other four.

2. The power went out. She was on a life support device.
4. Seems like there are lots of ways. For example, he could be an invalid in a remote location and his well goes dry.
5. The other end of the rope is not tied to anything.

I think mmrkr is right on No. 5. You said horse was tied to rope. Didn't say rope was tied to anything.

While we're discussing horses, I've got another answer to number 5!

The horse measures 10ft from mouth to the middle of his/her tail. The rope is attached to the middle of the tail, so the horse can just about reach!

But then it is a very large horse Laughing
