Hello,
I own a Rainsoft EC4 & Qrs system (as well as an Ultrefiner II) and my drinking filter alarm has started. Is this alarm referring to a filter on my Ultrefiner or is it for the EC4 system? If it's the Ultrefiner, I see instructions on how to change those, but don't see anything regarding the EC4.

I own the same exact setup with an EC4 and Ultrefiner II and I am experiencing the same error message and alert with my EC4 system. Did you ever figure out what the alarm was referring to and what did you do to resolve the issue?
It seems to me that the Ultrefiner filters just need changed but I can't find all material that states what I need to do to resolve this. Thanks!
