Is this rock igneous, metamorphic or sedimentary?

Hello, this is my first question here, hope some of you can help me. I'm having some troubles saying if a rock is metamorphic or igneous, sometimes i think "maybe it is igneous but very altered, and not metamorphic".

a bit altered is the carbonotite. Put it under a pet scope and determine the Plag,
No gneissic patterning so Its pretty much jut a chunk of ignous.
You should be able to tell whqat it is

Large grained

Major quartz

plag? Na>.Ca or Ca>.Na

carbonatite perhaps.

Wow Pic it sure has an igneous look to it, tho I wonder if a whole bunch of ig rubble all cemented together is still ig

Y'd think after 40-50 years of rockhounding I'd'v picked up on terms like that

is the chl Chlorite? I thought the arrows were pointing to quartz. hen I saw you hqd a second photo os a scope under polarized light, i saw that , if chl is chlorite, this would be metamorphic not igneous. Sorry.

Yes, chl = chlorite. I don't know what name to put to this Sad, but thanks for the replies. (maybe you can help me with the next question i gonna do now)
