I wouldn't call it a paradise for bounty hunters. There are three American private contracters who were working with the Colombia military when they were shot down by the FARC guerrilla almost two years ago who probobly have a snowballs chance in hell of seeing the US again. The FARC leaders, Tirofijo and Mono Joy Joy for example are extremely well protected. The latest news is that Colombia issued a list of FARC guerrilla who are holing up in Venezuela with the apparent aproval of Chavez. The mierda hit the ventilador when it came out that one big FARC honcho was captured in Venezuela by bounty hunters and turned over to Colombian authorities. I say what ever it takes. They stopped being Marxist and became narco-kidnappers a long time ago.
