i've been getting this message when trying to follow some links to the site... something up?

Solved! My IE was crashing. I switched to Mozilla browser, now everything is peachy-keen

The error in this thread means the database server died (due to load issues that need to be resolved).

It will usually come back online in minutes, so switching browsers or underwear has the same effect.

That's about something else.

The subject of this thread is an error when the database can't be reached (it's due to load).

OOPS , I was referring to MY problem where I had to load each page twice. I switched my browser to Mozilla and have no problems with A2K. Mozilla takes a little longer to load the page but no worries mate.
My IE browser is history!
