Mushrooms on the bathroom door

Hey guys.

Just moved in a rented apartment and in course of 3-4 days some mushrooms grew out of the bathroom wooden door.
I've never seen something like this:

How dangerous is this? Should we move out ASAP? Should we treat it? Leave it as it is?
